is anticipated that when people of goodwill work together on
their differences, the path to personal freedom can be realized,
therefore the purpose of REACH, Inc. is to:
develop
strategies that will enhance mutual and respectful
dialogue between diverse people with hopes of
understanding;
promote
participation in identifying racial and cultural barriers
and solutions to intercultural problems; and
encourage
racial and cultural sensitivity at the federal, state,
local community, and individual levels to bridge racial
and cultural divides.
